:       Crunchy Marinated Salad

 

1 can LaSuer Peas

1 can white shoe peg Corn

1 can french cut green beans

1 medium onion, chopped fine

3/4 cup celery,      "            "

1/4 - 1/3 cup chopped pimento   

(I also added some chopped red pepper.)

 

Dressing: 

Heat to boiling 1/2 cup oil                    

1/2 cup vinegar                   

1/8 cup sugar                   

1/2 tsp. salt                   

1/4 tsp. pepper

 

Drain canned vegetables.  Add chopped vegetables to canned veggies. 

Mix gently.....to keep peas in tact. Pour boiling dressing over vegetables.

Marinate 24 hours.  Stirring occasionally.  Refrigerate. Keeps well.
